A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
Curry leaves (a sprig)
Salt to taste
