How to cook
– Heat a pan and add ghee or oil, Splutter mustard seeds, urad dal and chana dal and cashews.
– Saute till dal and cashews turn light brown.
– Add green chillies, ginger, onions, a pinch of salt and cook till the onions turn translucent.
– Pour three measures of water for one measure of rava and bring it to boil.
– Continuously stir the contents while adding rava to avoid lumps. Cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
– Top it with lemon juice and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and server hot.
