Recipe

How to cook
– Heat a pan & add ghee or oil, splutter mustard seeds, urad & chana dal, cashews.
– Saute till dal and cashews turn light brown.
– Add green chillies, ginger, onions, a pinch of salt and cook till the onions turn translucent.
– Pour 3 measures of water for 1 measure of rava and bring it to boil.
– Continuously stir the contents while adding rava to avoid lumps. Cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
– Top it with your favourite Veggies & Spices
